Liquid Roofing, start to finish
Liquid systems are the answer where a sheet membrane cannot be detailed cleanly. Around pipe penetrations, plant, rooflights, gutters and balconies, a reinforced liquid coating forms a seamless waterproof skin over every awkward shape. It is cold applied and can often be installed over the existing covering where it is sound.

How long does liquid roofing take to cure?
Most systems are rain resistant within hours and fully cured within a day, depending on temperature and humidity. We plan the application around the forecast so the coating is not caught out by Kent weather.
Can you liquid coat an old felt roof?
If the felt is well bonded, dry underneath and the deck is sound, yes. If there is trapped moisture or the deck is soft, coating over it simply seals the problem in. We check before we quote.
